Job summary

Solutions+ is seeking a hands-on Landscape Supervisor to lead a small team in delivering high-quality commercial grounds maintenance. You will work on-site, perform mowing, edging and garden care, and operate ride-on machinery and tools. You will supervise daily tasks, ensure safety compliance, and maintain strong client relations at commercial properties.

Qualifications

• Current Drivers Licence (Manual or Auto) required.
• National Police Check required.
• Working with Children Check required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team delivering high-quality commercial landscape maintenance.
• Work hands-on alongside the team, completing daily mowing, edging, pruning and garden maintenance.
• Operate zero-turn mowers, ride-on machinery and specialised grounds equipment.
• Use a range of handheld power tools and machinery to maintain gardens, lawns and green spaces.
• Complete hedging, trimming, blowing, weeding, mulching and general horticultural works.
• Allocate daily tasks, support the team and ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Complete pre-starts, SWMS, Take 5s and other required site safety and reporting tasks.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks, rectifying maintenance issues as required.
• Communicate with clients on-site and represent Solutions+ professionally at commercial properties.
• Lead by example on-site, maintaining a safe workplace while delivering quality work alongside your team.
