Job summary

Solutions+ is seeking a proactive leader to manage commercial grounds maintenance projects in Queensland. You will lead a team, operate zero-turn mowers and specialised equipment, and perform mowing, pruning, planting and landscape tasks.

You will also manage irrigation, complete safety checks and site reporting, build client relationships and uphold WHS standards. The role supports ongoing growth and career development within our 30+ year team.

Qualifications

• Role requires leadership to deliver high-quality commercial grounds maintenance.
• Experience operating grounds equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team delivering high-quality commercial grounds maintenance.
• Operate zero-turn mowers and specialised grounds equipment.
• Complete mowing, pruning, planting and landscape maintenance.
• Manage irrigation systems and perform minor repairs.
• Complete pre-starts, SWMS, Take 5s and site reporting.
• Build strong client relationships and represent Solutions+ professionally.
• Monitor site standards and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain a safe workplace and ensure WHS compliance.

What will you need?

• A Current Drivers Licence (Manual or Auto)
• National Police Check or be willing to obtain.
• Working with Children Check, or willing to obtain.
