Job summary

Robert Plumb Collective is seeking experienced Landscapers to join our growing team in the Southern Highlands. You will oversee site set-out, ground levelling, and prepare sites for construction and planting on premium residential projects.

Our team delivers high-quality landscaping, paving, fencing, and garden features, with a focus on safety and collaboration. Successful applicants will have Landscape Construction qualifications, a Drivers licence and White Card, and a commitment to working in

Qualifications

• Proven experience in similar role.
• Qualified in Landscape Construction.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, in all weather conditions.
• Sound knowledge of soft and hard landscaping.
• Drivers licence.
• White Card.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site set-out and ground levelling for accurate landscaping.
• Prepare sites for construction and planting.
• Install landscape features including paving, fencing, garden beds, planters, and pathways.
• Lead the team and work collaboratively to deliver high-end residential projects.
