Robert Plumb Collective is seeking a Qualified Landscaper to join our experienced team in Sydney. You will assist with site set-out, earthworks, planting, and landscape installations across premium projects.

The role requires proven landscaping experience, a relevant qualification, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather. Drivers license and White Card are essential; join a team delivering high-quality landscape outcomes and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site set-out and ground levelling to support accurate landscaping.
• Prepare sites for upcoming projects and ensure readiness for install work.
• Plant, transplant, and replace plants to maintain outdoor spaces.
• Install landscape materials such as pathways, garden beds, planters, fencing and paving.
• Perform general garden maintenance including pruning, mulching, weeding, and fertilizing.

Part of the group, Robert Plumb Horticulture is the specialised services business responsible for the ongoing care and maintenance of landscape projects created by Dangar Barin Smith. It is also skilled at implementing the soft landscaping in smaller-scale projects created by the consultancy practice. Our team of qualified landscape and horticulture professionals service clients in the Sydney metropolitan area as well as projects in Sydney's lower north shore.

We are currently seeking a Qualified Landscapers to join our experienced team:

About the role:

• Assisting with site set-out and ground levelling to ensure precise and accurate landscaping.
• Conducting thorough site preparation for upcoming projects.
• Expertly handling planting, transplanting, and replacing plants to maintain or enhance outdoor spaces.
• Installing various landscape materials such as pathways, garden beds, planters, fencing, and paving to create beautiful and functional environments.
• Performing general garden maintenance tasks including pruning, mulching, weeding, and fertilizing as needed to keep landscapes in top condition.
• Ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of all site areas to uphold standards.
• Thriving in an outdoor-based role, adapting to work under various weather conditions.
• Prioritizing workplace health and safety to create a secure environment for yourself and team members.
• Facilitating the development and training of fellow team members to foster growth and expertise within the team.

About you:

• Proven experience in similar role
• Qualified in Landscape Construction, Horticulture or related field
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, in all weather conditions
• Attention to detail and pride in quality of work
• Sound knowledge of horticulture, soft and hard landscaping
• Drivers licence
• White Card
