Job summary

Spiire is seeking a Project Manager in Gippsland to lead land development projects, coordinating design, approvals and construction with support from experienced colleagues. You will build strong client relationships and work with civil designers, engineers and external consultants to keep programs on track.

You may come from civil engineering or design with land development experience and be ready to take broader responsibility, delivering great local projects and growing your project

Qualifications

• Experience in land development, ideally greenfield subdivisions and related civil infrastructure.
• Interest in taking greater ownership of projects and client relationships.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
