Spiire is seeking a Project Manager in Gippsland to deliver land development projects, develop client relationships and coordinate multidisciplinary teams. You’ll work with experienced colleagues to take ownership of delivery and grow your project management capabilities within a supportive, employee-owned firm.

You’ll contribute to planning, design, approvals and construction while building strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders across Gippsland.

Qualifications

• Experience in land development and civil infrastructure.
• Strong communication and relationship skills.
• Ability to coordinate inputs and manage project scope.

Responsabilités

• Manage land development projects through planning, design, approvals and construction.
• Build strong relationships with clients and development partners.
• Coordinate designers, engineers and other consultants to keep projects moving.
• Plan work with design leads and monitor progress to identify required input.
• Coordinate submissions with councils and servicing authorities.
• Support tender and contract documentation with technical specialists.
