Job summary

APA Group is seeking a Land Access Lead to join the Infrastructure Delivery team in Melbourne CBD on a full-time basis. You will lead land tenure acquisition, negotiations and access to land to support APA's project delivery objectives.

You will provide strategic oversight of land access activities, drive consistency across projects and resolve complex land access matters, travel as required to project locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in land access, land tenure, property, easements, or related disciplines.
• Proven ability to develop land access strategies across complex infrastructure projects.
• Strong negotiation skills with landholders and government entities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement land access strategies and frameworks across APA projects.
• Monitor progress, risks, and requirements to support schedules and delivery objectives.
• Lead complex negotiations with landholders, government entities, and stakeholders.
• Provide guidance to Land Access Advisors to ensure consistent approaches across projects.
• Ensure compliance with statutory obligations, internal policies, and governance.
• Build strong relationships with project teams, agencies, consultants and stakeholders.
