APA is seeking a Land Access Lead to join our Infrastructure Delivery team in Melbourne. You will lead land access activities, negotiate with landholders and government entities, and drive consistency across multiple projects to support project delivery objectives.

Key responsibilities include developing land access strategies, monitoring progress, and ensuring governance and compliance. The role requires strong stakeholder management and willingness to travel to project locations as needed.

Formación

• Experience in land access, land tenure, property, easements or related disciplines.
• Proven ability to develop land access strategies for complex projects.
• Strong negotiation skills with landholders and government entities.
• Experience monitoring land access risks and dependencies across multiple projects.
• Understanding of governance, compliance and tenure arrangements.
• Ability to influence multidisciplinary teams and build alignment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement land access strategies, plans and frameworks for consistent delivery.
• Monitor progress, risks and project requirements across multiple projects.
• Lead complex negotiations with landholders and government entities.
• Provide guidance to Land Access Advisors and ensure consistent approaches.
• Ensure compliance with governance, obligations and reporting requirements.
• Build relationships with internal teams, agencies and stakeholders.
