Job summary

ACCIONA ENERGY is seeking a Land Coordinator to provide administrative, coordination, and field support in Victoria. You will assist with stakeholder communications, property access, landholder engagement, and project documentation while gaining exposure to easement processes.

You will work with experienced professionals, developing skills through mentoring and on-the-job training on a significant infrastructure project in the CBD region.

Qualifications

• Qualified or studying in property, business, environmental or related field.
• Strong organisational and administrative capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support stakeholder engagement activities, including coordinating landholder communications, meetings, property visits, and access arrangements.
• Assist with the preparation, tracking, and management of project documentation, correspondence, stakeholder records, and property access information.
• Provide administrative support for land transactions, including maintaining registers, coordinating approvals, tracking milestones, and supporting document execution processes.
• Attend site visits and field activities to assist with property access, surveys, stakeholder meetings, environmental investigations, and project-related inspections.
• Maintain accurate project records, databases, and reporting systems while ensuring compliance with project procedures, safety requirements, and document control standards.
