Job summary

3D Recruitment is seeking general labourers for construction sites across Melbourne. Positions start at $35.55–$36.50 per hour plus Super and a $22.41 daily travel allowance, with weekly pay and access to a mix of sites and project teams. Ongoing work possible.

Duties include assisting trades, loading materials, site cleanup, groundwork, and using basic tools while following safety rules. White Card holders with reliable, hands-on work ethic are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Previous labouring experience, construction preferred.
• White Card required.
• Own PPE (steel-cap boots, hi-vis, hard hat, gloves and safety glasses).
• Ability to get to sites across Melbourne’s inner suburbs.
• Good timekeeping, a positive attitude and a commitment to safety.
• Forklift, EWP and Working at Heights tickets desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assisting tradespeople and supervisors with day-to-day site tasks.
• Loading, carrying and moving materials and equipment.
• Site clean-up, rubbish removal and keeping work areas tidy.
• Site preparation, digging and basic demolition as required.
• Using hand tools and basic power tools safely.
• Following site safety procedures.
