Job summary

CT Labour Hire, a leading Trade Supplier of construction materials for QLD, is seeking a stores labourer to support busy warehouse operations in Brisbane. You will pick and pack orders, load delivery trucks, and help keep the warehouse tidy, with occasional forklift duties.

This role offers a pathway to full-time permanent employment after a short labour hire trial. Applicants should be physically fit, able to lift up to 20kg, and possess good communication and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Background in a trades construction warehouse is advantageous.

About the role

This role is a busy stores labourer role, where you will be picking materials used in the construction industry. Putting away of product onto racking and shelves, with occasional forklift duties. This role is a pathway to full-time permanent employment following a short labour hire trial.

Your day will include

• Picking and packing orders in the factory
• Loading Delivery trucks and Dispatch
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the factory warehouse
• Occasional usage of forklift to move pallet loads

What you’ll bring

• Physical fitness, able to lift up to 20kgs
• Clear and pleasant communication skills
• Good organisation and attention to detail
• A background in a trades construction warehouse, such as Bunnings, will be advantageous
• Able to positively work independently and in a team
