Job summary

Randstad Labourers - TMR Roadway Maintenance based in Boonah, Beaudesert and Canungra area is seeking 8 dependable Labourers for an ongoing roadside maintenance contract along TMR roadways. This outdoor role involves working in small teams to keep roadsides clean, safe and well-maintained.

Key duties include whipper snipping and brush cutting, litter collection, site safety setup, and driving/transporting equipment for MR license holders.

Qualifications

• General Construction Induction Training (White Card) required.
• PPE: high-vis clothing, steel-cap boots, wide-brim hat and eye protection.
• MR driver's license highly preferred for 1-2 positions.

Responsibilities

• Whipper Snipping & Brush Cutting along TMR corridors and council roadways.
• Litter collection and groundskeeping, hazard clearing.
• Site safety: set up basic work zones and follow roadside safety procedures.
• Driving and transporting equipment to sites for MR license holders.

Labourers - TMR Roadway Maintenance

About the Role

We are currently seeking 8 dependable Labourers based in the Boonah, Beaudesert and Canungra areas for an ongoing Roadside Maintenance Contract (RMC) working along TMR roadways.

This is a great outdoor role where you'll be working in small teams to keep our local roadsides clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Key Duties

• Whipper Snipping & Brush Cutting: Maintaining grass along TMR corridors and council roadways.
• Litter Collection: Performing groundskeeping, manual rubbish removal, and hazard clearing.
• Site Safety: Setting up basic work zones and adhering to strict roadside safety procedures.
• Driving & Transport: Operating support vehicles and driving equipment to sites (for MR license holders).

Requirements

• General Construction Induction Training (White Card) - Essential
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): High-vis clothing, steel-cap boots, wide-brim hat, and eye protection - Essential
• Medium Rigid (MR) Driver's License - Highly preferred for 1-2 positions
• Good physical fitness and comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
