Job summary

Randstad in Queensland is assisting the City of Moreton Bay to hire Civil Labourers and Crew Leaders across multiple depots, including Narangba, Caboolture, Burpengary, Petrie, Dayboro, Arana Hills and Dakabin Landfill. Roles involve road and drainage maintenance, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Requirements include MR Licence and White Card, plus practical experience in road and drainage asset maintenance. RIIMPO317F and Crew Leader experience are highly regarded.

The Roles

There are multiple opportunities across various depots involving the full scope of road and drainage construction and maintenance.

• Road repairs, drainage maintenance, and construction projects.
• Operate and maintain plant/equipment such as rollers and trucks in a safe and effective manner.
• Work collaboratively within a team to support the delivery of high-level community service.
• Safe disposal of materials and waste as required by project guidelines.

• Caboolture Depot (4510)
• Burpengary Depot (4505)
• Narangba Depot (4504)
• Petrie, Dayboro, Arana Hills, & Dakabin Landfill

What You Will Need to Succeed

Compulsory tickets/experience:

• MR Licence (Required for most roles).
• Construction Induction Card (White Card).
• Practical experience in road and drainage asset maintenance.
• Proven ability to follow safety policies and manufacturer instructions.

Highly regarded:

• Road Roller ticket (Conduct Roller Operations - RIIMPO317F).
• Crew Leader experience for specialised supervisory roles.
• Handyman or Carpentry experience.
