Job summary

Think Water Central Coast is seeking a Labourer - Irrigation Service & Installations to repair, maintain and install irrigation systems for customers on the Central Coast. This role supports a small, dynamic team and offers opportunities for training and development.

You will require a minimum of 2 years' experience in irrigation, plumbing or landscape construction, a Class C driver's licence and a construction White Card. A positive, energetic attitude is valued in our workplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in irrigation, plumbing or landscape construction.
• Valid Class C driver’s licence is mandatory.
• Construction White Card is required to work on site.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain and install irrigation equipment for customers.
• Perform infield installation works and ensure on-site completion of jobs.
• Handle paperwork for jobs in workshop and on site.
• Conduct materials take-off and order parts/equipment as required.
• Plan external jobs in coordination with field technicians and installation team managers.

Who We Are

Think Water Central Coast is a specialist water solutions business focused on the design, supply, installation and maintenance of pump and irrigation systems. As part of the Think Water network, the group is committed to providing solutions towards the rapidly changing landscape of water management throughout Australasia. We currently have a vacancy for an irrigation service technician/ labourer to join our team and lead from the front.

The Role

Reporting to the Manager, your primary responsibility will be to repair, maintain and install a range of irrigation equipment for our customers. This will involve, but not limited to, infield installation works to meet the needs of our customers, completion of all relevant paperwork relating to jobs undertaken both in the workshop and on site, materials take-off and ordering of parts and equipment as required, plan external jobs in conjunction with field technicians and installation team managers.

The Successful Candidate

Preferred candidates would have a minimum of 2 years' experience, preferably in the fields of irrigation, plumbing or landscape construction. Knowledge of irrigation and or pump systems would be highly regarded but is not essential.

A Class C driver's license will be mandatory, as is a construction White Card.
