We're looking for a reliable, hardworking and motivated Fencing Labourer to join our growing team!

M&N Fencing specializes in residential and commercial fencing, gates and retaining walls working across Greater Melbourne.

We're looking for someone who enjoys hands-on outdoor work, takes pride in doing a good job and is willing to learn.

The Role

Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Assisting with timber, Colorbond, aluminium and tubular fencing installations.
• Assisting with gate and retaining wall installations.
• Digging post holes and mixing/pouring concrete.
• Loading and unloading materials.
• Using hand and power tools.
• General site preparation and clean-up.
• Maintaining a safe and tidy worksite.

What We're Looking For

• Reliable and punctual.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour.
• Good attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• White Card (essential).
• Driver's licence (essential) and reliable transport.
• Previous construction or fencing experience (preferred, but not essential).
• AUS/NZ Citizens or permanent residents.
