Job summary

Bulla Dairy Foods in Australia is seeking a Laboratory Technician to join our Operations team. You will collect and test samples, document results, and enter data using SAP and LIMS.

You will work Monday to Friday with weekend rostering and be required to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screen. This role offers the chance to contribute to safety and quality across Victoria's longest‑standing dairy brand, with a competitive hourly rate and convenient parking at multiple

Qualifications

• Qualification in Laboratory, Science (Food Science/Technology) or equivalent.
• Sound knowledge of good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
• Strong awareness of Food Safety and OH&S principles.
• Ability to operate a range of Laboratory equipment.
• Strong communication skills to relate to people at all levels.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Laboratory Technician to join our Operations team. Reporting into the Laboratory Manager, you will be responsible for collection and testing of samples, documentation and data entry including the use of SAP, LIMS and log sheets.

Please note, a pre‑employment medical including a drug & alcohol screen will be required as part of the recruitment process.

Hours

To be suitable for this position, you will be available to work Monday to Friday, with weekend work required as part of a roster.

Pay

• Rates from $35 per hour.

What’s the Scoop?

• Collection & testing of samples
• Factory environmental monitoring activities

• Promoting Safety, Quality and Process within the business, including having a strict adherence to all OH&S and Food Safety guidelines.
• Correctly following Laboratory & Quality department procedures & instructions.

What You’ll Bring

• Qualification in Laboratory, Science (Food Science/Technology) or equivalent,
