Job summary

Hy-Tec, a leading supplier of premixed concrete, aggregates and sands, invites applications for an aggregates/Soils Supervisor at Narangba Laboratory. The role spans lab and field sampling, testing and calibration across multiple quarries and projects in southeast Queensland, with a focus on safety and accuracy.

You will work Monday to Friday with occasional out-of-hours and weekend duties, under Adbri Limited’s umbrella.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar sampling and testing role (highly regarded).
• Experience with Main Roads testing standards (desirable).
• Certificate III in Laboratory Skills or Cert IV in Laboratory Techniques (desirable).
• Construction Industry White Card (desirable).
• Strong analytical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Sample and test aggregate materials in the lab and the field.
• Analyse and report accurate results.
• Adhere to procedures and work systems.
• Perform equipment calibration and basic maintenance.
• Ensure workplace health and safety standards are maintained.
