Job summary

Nike Australia is seeking a Labor Specialist to optimize labor planning, scheduling systems and payroll performance across Nike stores. You will partner with Store Leadership, Finance and HR to translate data into actionable recommendations and drive operational excellence across the marketplace.

The role requires strong analytical skills, a stakeholder mindset, and the ability to manage multiple stores and concepts while traveling for observations and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in retail labor planning or related analytics roles.
• Strong data accuracy, governance and detail orientation.
• Ability to balance priorities across multiple stores and concepts.
• Willingness to travel across Australia & New Zealand for observations and training.
• Collaborative mindset across Retail Operations, Finance, HR and Store Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement in labor scheduling and operational excellence.
• Develop labor budgets with Finance and Retail Leadership, monitor payroll performance.
• Administer and optimize workforce management tools and systems.
• Lead new scheduling and workload planning implementations.
• Analyse labor data to identify trends, risks and opportunities and translate into actions.
• Communicate insights effectively across stores and territory leadership.
• Collaborate with APLA Retail Operations to remove friction and improve processes.
