Job summary

Retailors is seeking an Allocator for the Brighton Support Office to support stock management, analysis, and cross-functional coordination across stores. The role reports to the Merchandise & Planning Manager and focuses on replenishment, stock availability, and timely product allocation for high-heat launches.

Key duties include analysing sales performance to drive replenishment, maintaining optimal stock levels, and communicating with Nike to monitor deliveries and mitigate risks to the Buyer

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly store replenishment orders based on sales, stock, and store capacity.
• Maintain optimal stock levels across key doors.
• Review reports to identify at-risk lines for potential cancellation.
• Liaise with Nike to monitor delivery status and flag risks to Buyers/Planning Manager.
• Keep launch calendar and ensure timely allocation of high-heat products to stores.
• Raise orders for third-party supplied product and process receipts in the system.
• Deliver an outstanding retail experience to stores.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting store performance through stock management, analysis, and cross functional coordination. You will support the delivery of key product and trading activity, helping ensure optimal availability and execution across stores.

The Role: Reporting to the Merchandise & Planning Manager, this role is responsible for:

• Completing weekly store replenishment orders through analysis of sales performance, required stock levels, and store capacity.
• Ensuring key doors are maintained at optimal stock levels at all times.
• Reviewing contract reports to ensure all styles have been called off, identify lines at risk of early sell through, and highlight underperforming lines that may require cancellation.
• Maintaining regular communication with Nike to monitor upcoming delivery status of key sales driving lines and escalate any risks to the Buyer, and Merchandise & Planning Manager.
• Maintaining the launch calendar and ensure launch, campaign, and other high heat product is allocated on time and arrives in full in store ahead of required dates.
• Raising orders for third party supplied product and receive orders into the system where required.
• Delivering the Ultimate Retail Experience to our stores.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong organisational and planning skills to help prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
• Commercial awareness with an understanding of how stock and product availability impacts store performance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
