Job summary

Talent is seeking an L3 Network Engineer with Voice/Unified Communications expertise in Adelaide, SA. This permanent full-time role focuses on hands-on configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting of networks supporting voice and UC solutions within an MSP environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong L3 routing/switching, VLANs, QoS, and firewall skills, plus practical VoIP exposure (SIP, voice traffic) and experience in hosted voice platforms is a plus.

Qualifications

We're partnering with a well-established and growing Managed Services Provider (MSP) in Adelaide to recruit an experienced L3 Network Engineer with Voice / Unified Communications expertise.

This is a hands-on technical role suited to a strong Network Engineer who understands how to configure, optimise and troubleshoot networks for voice and VoIP solutions.

What we're looking for:

• Strong L3 networking experience across routing, switching, VLANs, QoS and firewalls.
• Proven experience working within an MSP environment.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and configuration of network infrastructure.
• Practical exposure to VoIP, SIP, voice traffic and IP telephony.
• Ability to configure and troubleshoot networks supporting voice/UC solutions.

Highly Desirable:

• RingCentral, Telstra TIPT or other hosted voice platforms.
• Teams Calling, Direct Routing or Webex Calling.
• Session Border Controllers (SBCs), Cisco Collaboration, BroadSoft/BroadWorks or UCaaS platforms.

We're open to experienced L3 Network Engineers with genuine voice exposure - you don't need to be a dedicated UC specialist!
