Job summary

MNL Technologies is seeking an L2 Network and Desktop Support professional to join our Sunshine Coast on-site team. The role focuses on fiber testing, data center operations, and hands-on server and network hardware support across our local client infrastructure.

You will troubleshoot, test, label, and document cabling, racks, and equipment while coordinating with remote teams. The ideal candidate has hands-on data center experience and strong cable management skills in a production environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Data Center Operations / Smart Hands / Remote Hands / Infrastructure Support.

Responsibilities

• Fiber testing, troubleshooting, and fault identification using OTDR, LSPM, VFL, OSA, BER testing equipment.
• Perform data center rack and stack, patching, labeling, and cable management within data center racks.
• Provide Smart Hands / Remote Hands support to remote network, server, storage, and infrastructure teams.
• Follow MOP/SOPs, document changes, and assist with site surveys and audits.
