Qualifications

• Hands-on Data Center Operations / Smart Hands experience.
• Experience with fiber optic cabling and testing.
• Familiarity with OTDR, LSPM, VFL, OSA, BER testing tools.
• Experience with MPO fiber connectivity and testing preferred.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform fiber testing, troubleshooting, and fault identification.
• Provide Smart Hands / Remote Hands support to data center teams.
• Rack and stack network/server/storage equipment.
• Perform cable routing, labeling, and patching in data center racks.
• Support site surveys, audits, and documentation.
• Follow MOP/SOPs and ensure changes are documented.
