Responsibilities include fiber testing, cabling, rack-and-stack, and providing hands-on support to remote engineering teams. The candidate should be comfortable with maintaining documentation and working with OTDR, MPO, and related testing tools.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Data Center Operations / Smart Hands / Remote Hands.
• Experience with fiber optic cabling and testing.
• Familiarity with ITSM / ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
• Ability to work onsite at Gold Coast data centers.

Responsibilities

• Perform fiber testing, troubleshooting, and fault identification.
• Provide Smart Hands / Remote Hands support to remote teams.
• Support network/server/storage hardware and perform rack and stack.
• Conduct break-fix, maintenance, and circuit migration activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of cables, ports, and assets.
• Coordinate with onsite and remote teams and ensure safe data center operations.
