Job summary

A leading financial service provider based in North Sydney is seeking an experienced Team Leader to support our AML division. In this role, you will manage and mentor a team of verifiers, ensuring compliance and quality service while guiding clients through the verification process. Our hybrid work model emphasizes work-life balance, with three days in the office after training. • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and client outcomes.

Job description

We’re looking for an experiencedTeam Leaderto help us meet growing client demand in our AML division.

Our Head Office is located in North Sydney, and we have a hybrid work from home policy (applicable after successful completion of the initial training period) - working in the office a minimum of three days per week - to promote work-life balance!

As one of Three KYC Team Leaders, you’ll have experience:

• Being responsible for a dedicated group of MVSI customers that depend on our services
• Managing and mentoring a team of verifiers
• Conducting KYB checks on organisations and their individuals
• Verifying identities, company structures, shareholdings and more
• Liaising with clients and guiding them through the verification process
• Handling queries and providing stellar service, every step of the way
• Staying sharp on regulations and suggesting process improvements
• Overseeing workload distribution and productivity
• Ensuring quality and compliance across reports
• Providing ongoing training and development
• Supervising and supporting a team of verifiers
• Identifying opportunities to improve internal processes and client outcomes
