Job summary

ING is seeking a KYC COE TM & CDD Specialist for a 6-month contract in Sydney. You will strengthen CDD requirements, controls and risk management, while providing TM capability and regulatory change support across the organisation. Collaborate with Operations, Risk, Compliance, Product and Technology to implement practical risk controls.

Ideal candidates have strong CDD experience, AML/CTF knowledge and a track record in financial crime risk management within banking or financial services.

Qualifications

• Strong operational experience in Customer Due Diligence and KYC.
• Demonstrated Transaction Monitoring experience and risk-based decision making.
• Knowledge of AML/CTF obligations and regulatory change.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance CDD requirements and controls across the customer lifecycle.
• Provide SME guidance on CDD requirements to stakeholders.
• Design and improve customer due diligence processes with cross-functional teams.
• Support regulatory change initiatives and translate requirements into practical processes.
• Contribute to remediation activities and risk assessments.
• Provide insights on financial crime risk management and control effectiveness.
