Job summary

Richemont Australia is seeking a Workforce Management (WFM) Optimization Specialist to lead the Kronos system enhancements across Australia and New Zealand. This fixed-term role through to the end of March focuses on reconfiguration, documentation, and training frameworks to strengthen data quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise as a WFM specialist with Kronos optimization focus.
• Ability to identify, analyse, and resolve complex system issues.
• Experience creating documentation, processes, and training materials.
• Strong understanding of Australian and NZ legislative compliance (Fair Work Act, Privacy Act).

Responsibilities

• System analysis of WFM configurations to identify root causes.
• Reconfigure Kronos to align with business requirements and best practices.
• Document and report WFM system concerns with clear tracking.
• Collaborate with Kronos and regional HRIS on enhancements and changes.
• Develop training plans and materials to empower users.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with record-keeping obligations.
