Job summary

Toll Recruit is seeking casual Process Workers to join a busy Kemps Creek warehouse team starting August 2026. You will perform fast-paced production tasks, maintain accuracy, and help keep goods moving through the line.

Responsibilities include unloading, RF scanning, and operating conveyors while meeting daily KPIs. Candidates should be reliable, team-oriented, and comfortable with manual handling up to 15 kg.

Qualifications

• Warehouse/process worker experience essential.
• Experience meeting KPIs in a warehouse setting.
• Comfortable using RF scanners and following SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fast-paced production to meet KPI targets.
• Perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
• Unload, scan, and transport products through the line.
• Operate or assist with conveyor and automated equipment.
• Ensure safety procedures and batching accuracy.
