Job summary

Toll Recruit is hiring casual Process Workers for a busy Kemps Creek warehouse. You will join a KPI-driven team handling a range of e-commerce products, starting August 2026. The role requires reliability, attention to detail and ability to stay active during shifts.

Shifts include mornings 6am–2pm and afternoons 2pm–10pm with pay rates of $35.17 and $39.39 per hour respectively. Must have full working rights in Australia and be able to pass medical/police checks. On-site parking provided.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse/process worker experience required.
• Must have full working rights in Australia.
• Able to pass a medical and police check.
• Experience meeting KPIs in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Comfortable with manual handling up to 15kg.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily production KPIs and targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform repetitive production tasks with accuracy.
• Monitor production line for blockages, faults or issues.
• Follow SOPs, production instructions and safety requirements.
• Unload products from cartons, totes, pallets, and containers.
• Use RF scanners to scan and track inventory.
• Operate or work with conveyor and automated processing equipment.
• Build and wrap pallets for transport.
• Load outbound trailers destined for fulfilment centres.
• Perform quality checks for damaged or incorrect items.
• Follow WHS procedures and manual-handling guidelines.
• Work as part of a team to maintain productivity.

Fast-Paced Process Worker Required - Kemps Creek

Toll Recruit are currently recruiting casual Process Workers to join a busy warehouse team based in Kemps Creek, starting August 2026. This is a fast-paced, KPI driven role working with a variety of retail e-commerce products - from electronics and homewares to fashion and more. If you're reliable, detail-focused, and ready to stay active on the job, we want to hear from you.

This is a strongly KPI-driven warehouse environment where productivity, accuracy and performance are closely monitored. Successful candidates must have previous process worker/manufacturing experience and be comfortable working to strict productivity and accuracy targets.

Pay Rates

• Morning Shift (6am - 2pm): $35.17 per hour
• Afternoon Shift (2pm - 10pm): $39.39 per hour
• Must be available Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Work efficiently and maintain a fast pace to consistently meet daily production KPIs and targets.
• Perform repetitive production tasks while maintaining a consistent pace and high level of accuracy.
• Monitor the production line for blockages, faults, or process issues.
• Follow standard operating procedures, production instructions, and workplace safety requirements.
• Unload products from incoming cartons, totes, pallets and containers
• Using RF scanners to scan and track inventory
• Operate or work alongside conveyor and automated processing equipment.
• Building and wrapping pallets for transport
• Loading outbound trailers destined for Amazon fulfilment centres
• Performing quality checks to identify damaged or incorrect items
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and manual-handling requirements.
• Work as part of a team to maintain productivity and ensure products move efficiently through the process.

Skills & Experience

• Warehouse and process worker experience essential
• Previous experience meeting KPIs in a warehouse environment
• Comfortable using RF scanners
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable with manual handling up to 15KG
• Can follow instructions and work well in a team
• Flexibility to move through different warehouse functions as required
• Open to completing a medical and police check
• Must have full working rights in Australia
