Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Cook in a restaurant or commercial kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking Korean and Korean fusion dishes to a high standard.
• Assisting with menu preparation, food preparation, and daily kitchen operations.
• Maintaining consistent food quality, portion control, and presentation.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards.
• Monitoring food stock, checking ingredient freshness, and assisting with stock control.
• Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen at all times.
• Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
