Qualifications

• Experience in knowledge lifecycle management, business improvement, project coordination or policy development.
• Strong analytical skills to identify risks, gaps and opportunities to improve processes.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement with subject matter experts to validate content.
• Experience developing and maintaining SOPs, work instructions and governance templates.
• Detail oriented with a commitment to high-quality, governance-aligned knowledge resources.
• Background in regulatory, compliance or policy environments is highly regarded.
