Leadership & Motivation – Support team decisions and promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging team culture, involving others appropriately in team-based activities and projects.

Strategic Thinking – Address process breakdowns with speed and attention to detail, using data, metrics, and benchmarks to drive effective solutions.

Relationship Building – Share information transparently to avoid surprises and involve others where appropriate to achieve individual and team goals.

Operational Excellence - Focus on both processes and outcomes, continuously improving ways of working by adapting methods to eliminate inefficiencies and wasted effort.
