Kmart Adelaide North is seeking a Department Manager to lead teams across merchandising, replenishment and customer service, delivering high standards of experience for our shoppers in a fast-paced retail environment.

You'll drive safe, compliant store operations, adapt to changing priorities, and coach staff to achieve strong results. The role requires strong product knowledge and leadership to navigate daily challenges and opportunities within our stores.

Kmart Department Managers are crucial to our success, leading teams to deliver high standards of customer experience through effective merchandising, replenishment, and customer service.

Requiring strong product knowledge and the ability to adapt to changing priorities, whilst ensuring a safe and compliant store environment through effective process execution and team leadership.

As both process leaders and implementers of key business initiatives, they confidently navigate complexity to keep the store running smoothly and deliver strong results.

What you’ll be doing
