Barmah Park Restaurant & Cellar Door located in Moorooduc on the Mornington Peninsula is seeking an experienced and skilled Kitchenhand/Prep Chef in a permanent position for an immediate start. This is a casual position with shifts available for lunch and dinner across Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Working alongside our current kitchen team, you will have a fantastic opportunity to develop your culinary skillset and contribute to the successful operation of our restaurant.

Qualifications

• Experience as a kitchenhand or prep chef in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Understanding of health and safety procedures.
• Ability to work lunch and dinner shifts on Fri–Sun.
• Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills.
• Commitment to high-end service and guest satisfaction.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Kitchenhand/Prep Chef in a permanent position for an immediate start. This is a casual position with shifts available for lunch and dinner across Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

About Barmah Park

Based in Victoria's picturesque Mornington Peninsula, Barmah Park Restaurant & Cellar Door has a relaxed yet sophisticated dining room with spectacular panoramic vineyard views. We create exceptional food and wine experiences focusing on local produce that are seasonal and sustainable to showcase our wines.

The restaurant operates Wed to Sun each week for lunch from 11am. Friday and Saturday night we also do a dinner service.

About the role

Working alongside our current kitchen team, you will be given a fantastic opportunity to develop your current culinary skillset and contribute to the successful operation of our restaurant.
