8 at Trinity in Lake Macquarie is seeking a full-time Kitchenhand to join our busy kitchen team. The role requires hard-working, reliable individuals with experience as a dishwasher and kitchenhand in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

You will handle prep, chopping, and other kitchen tasks, communicate within the crew, uphold OHS standards, and be able to lift up to 25 kg. Availability across days, evenings, and weekends is essential.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years experience as a dishwasher and kitchenhand in a busy restaurant.
• Strong experience in all types of prep, chopping, cutting in a restaurant setting.
• Hard working and reliable.
• Capable to communicate within the kitchen crew.
• Familiarity with OHS and safe work practices.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work without direct supervision.
• Be able to comfortably lift 25 Kg.
• Available to work days, evenings and weekends.
