Cater Care is hiring Kitchen Utilities to join our team in NSW Central West. You will help maintain dining areas, operate dishwashing, and support daily site operations with a strong emphasis on teamwork and safety.

This role focuses on food service support, hygiene, and guest satisfaction, with a 7/7 roster and on-site responsibilities across multiple areas. On-site work with potential for career growth in facilities services.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Kitchen Hand 12 months+
• Commitment to genuine, friendly customer service
• Motivated, enthusiastic and positive 'can-do' attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced time-sensitive environment
• Pride in personal appearance and hygiene
• Driver's License (Auto or Manual)
• Australian Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident

Job Description

As part of your daily routine as a Kitchen Utility at Cater Care; You will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks, including:

• Setting up, maintaining, and clearing dining areas
• Operating dishwashing equipment and ensuring the cleanliness of kitchen facilities, utensils, and dining spaces
• Adhering to all legislated food safety and hygiene standards
• Providing efficient and friendly service during high-demand periods
• Supporting team members across departments as needed
• Dining Room Duties: maintaining cleanliness, replenishing stock, and ensuring crib food levels are sufficient

This diverse role offers the opportunity to contribute to multiple aspects of site operations while building valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.
