Greene King is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to guide the kitchen during busy services, ensuring dishes meet standards and the team works smoothly. You’ll support the team by encouraging collaboration and helping everyone run like clockwork.

You’ll uphold hygiene and safety, deputise for management when needed, and help deliver great meals for customers in a fast-paced pub environment.

Qualifications

• Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specs and customer expectations.
• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy service.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
