Crystalbrook Riley in Cairns is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Steward to keep our culinary spaces clean, safe and well organised for every service.
You will work with our chefs and fellow stewards, managing crockery, utensils and equipment while maintaining storage areas and reporting issues promptly. A strong team ethic and willingness to learn are essential in a busy, guest‑facing environment.

Behind every vibrant dining experience at Crystalbrook Riley is a kitchen operating at its best! As a Kitchen Steward, you will play an essential role in keeping our culinary spaces clean, safe, organised and ready for every service.
Working alongside our chefs and fellow stewards, you will keep crockery, utensils, pots, pans and equipment moving efficiently through the kitchen. You will maintain work and storage areas, use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely, manage waste responsibly and report equipment faults before they affect service.
