Job summary

Lotus Commercial is seeking a Kitchen Service Team Leader to manage on-site cleaning, maintenance and sanitisation across multiple commercial sites in Adelaide. This full-time role offers leadership growth, a company vehicle and phone, and ongoing training.

You will lead a hands-on team, ensure quality service, and coordinate with site managers to meet client needs while promoting safety and reliability across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning, trades, maintenance, construction, labouring, warehouse, or mechanical work is an advantage but not essential.
• Leadership or team supervision experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide kitchen service across multiple sites including filter exchange, canopy cleaning, and sanitisation tasks.
• Lead a small team to complete daily maintenance and service activities.
• Coordinate with site managers on scheduling and client needs.
• Ensure safety, quality and timely delivery of services.

The Opportunity

As a Kitchen Service Team Leader, you will work across a range of commercial sites providing essential services including:

• Kitchen filter exchange and maintenance
• Canopy and exhaust cleaning services
• Air conditioning filter maintenance
• Commercial sanitisation services
• General onsite service and maintenance support

Every day is different, and you’ll gain hands-on experience while working alongside an experienced team.
