The National Golf Club is seeking casual kitchen hands to join a friendly and dedicated team at the Cape Schanck site. The role requires flexibility to work evenings as well as weekends, supporting high-volume kitchen operations.

Ideal candidates will have experience in busy kitchens, demonstrate organisation, and work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism within a great team environment.

Responsibilities

• Retrieving food items as requested by chefs or cooks.

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Washing dishes and utensils, either by hand or using an industrial dishwasher


• Cleaning and restocking food preparation areas, equipment, appliances, and storage


• Retrieving, lifting, handling, and storing food deliveries


• Retrieving food items as requested by chefs or cooks
