Job summary

The Alcott, part of Norths Collective, is seeking a Kitchen Hand to support our kitchen team in Lane Cove, NSW. You will assist Chefs, perform basic food preparation, and help with washing, cleaning and organizing to maintain high service standards for lunch and dinner shifts.

• Previous experience as a kitchen hand.
• Ability to work unsupervised in a high-pressure environment.
• Full availability over a seven day week is a must including days/nights/weekends.
• Strong work ethic and high attention to detail.

About the role...

We are currently seeking a Kitchen Hand to join our friendly and experienced Kitchen team at the Alcott trading Monday to Sunday for lunch and dinner.

Joining The Alcott Lane Cove means you are part of Norths Collective which includes, Norths Cammeray, The Greens North Sydney, The Verandah Beecroft, Seagulls Tweed Heads.

Your Key Priorities will be to:

• Provide assistance to our Chefs within the kitchen environment
• Basic Food Preparation
