Job summary

The Alcott Lane Cove is seeking a Kitchen Hand to join our friendly kitchen team for lunch and dinner, Monday to Sunday. You would support our Chefs, assist with basic food preparation, and help maintain high hygiene standards in a busy club environment, with opportunities for training through Norths Collective Academy.

Flexibility to work across seven days, including days/nights/weekends, is essential. Join a dynamic, energetic team focused on delivering great customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a kitchen hand.
• Strong work ethic and high attention to detail.
• Great communication skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised in a high pressure environment.
• Maintain safety standards.
• Full availability over a seven day week is a must including days/nights/weekends.

We are currently seeking a Kitchen Hand to join our friendly and experienced Kitchen team at the Alcott trading Monday to Sunday for lunch and dinner.

Joining The Alcott Lane Cove means you are part of Norths Collective which includes ,Norths Cammeray The Greens North Sydney, The Verandah Beecroft, Seagulls Tweed Heads.

Your Key Priorities will be to:

• Provide assistance to our Chefs within the kitchen environment


• Basic Food Preparation


• Naturally lots of washing, cleaning and organizing

• Adhering to strict health and hygiene standards


• Adhering to Work Health & Safety legislation

The Candidate:
