Job summary

Soul Origin is seeking Kitchen Hands for the M4 East location on a casual basis. You will prepare menu items, help with stock orders, and keep the kitchen clean and organised. Early starts from 4:30am are required, and you may work alone or in a small team in a fast-paced retail kitchen environment.

Applicants should have knife experience, be reliable, and uphold high standards of food safety and hygiene. Prior food-handling experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience using commercial grade knives.
• Ability to follow detailed make-guides and recipes.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Minimum 6 months food handling experience (preferred).
• Available for early morning starts from 4:30am.

• Preparing all menu items in a safe and efficient manner.
