Job summary

Bellezza Espresso is seeking a Kitchen Hand / Pastry & Baking to join our large-scale production kitchen in Mansfield, QLD. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday from 6:00am to 4:00pm, with onsite parking, and involves preparing high-quality sweet and savoury items for multiple Bellezza cafes across Brisbane.

We are not a boutique pastry shop — this is a high-volume, consistent production environment suited to someone who enjoys working efficiently as part of a strong team.

The right candidate will have a genuine passion for cooking, pastries, and hospitality, with a willingness to learn and grow within the role. Good attitude, reliability, and passion are most important to us.

About the Role
