Job summary

The Glen Hotel in Eight Mile Plains is seeking a Kitchen Hand to join our award-winning venue. A positive, motivated work ethic and a team focus are essential.

You will maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, assist the Kitchen team, and work on a rotating roster including days, nights, weekends and public holidays. OHS and food hygiene knowledge are important, with the ability to work autonomously or in a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment advantageous.
• Demonstrated organisational and time management skills.
• Must be able to endure the repetitive and physically demanding nature of the role.
• Available to work a rotating roster, including days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
• OHS, food hygiene & safety understanding.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team.
