Job summary

Spirit House on the Sunshine Coast is looking for a reliable kitchenhand/dishie to join our team. The role is mainly washing dishes, keeping the kitchen flowing, and helping with basic prep as needed; around 20–30 hours per week.

We offer reliable hours, no split shifts, free staff meals, onsite parking, and a friendly, supportive crew in one of the Sunshine Coast's best-known kitchens.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced kitchen environments preferred.
• Able to work in a team and stay organised during service.
• Reliable and easy to work with; transport to site may be required.
• Willing to do dishwashing and basic prep as needed.

You’ll probably suit this if you:

• Can stay organised and keep moving during service

• Don't mind getting wet occasionally

• Are reliable and easy to work with - you will need a car to get here.

• Want to be part of a good kitchen team

Experience is great, but attitude matters more.

We're a pretty mixed crew and like it that way. You don't need to fit a 'type' to work here.

We care a lot more about attitude than background. If you show up, work hard, and treat people well, you'll do great here.
