Job summary

The Fresh Collective in Sydney is looking for a dedicated casual Kitchen Hand to join the Strathfield Golf Club kitchen. The role involves washing up, basic food preparation, and keeping the workspace clean.

Shifts total 30 hours per week, Wednesday to Sunday, with on-site duties at 52 Weeroona Rd, Strathfield. Applicants should have hands-on kitchen experience and knowledge of food hygiene, be physically fit enough to lift 10-15 kgs, and be reliable.

Strathfield Golf Club is looking for a dedicated casual Kitchen Hand to join our culinary team. Please do note the address is 52 Weeroona Rd, Strathfield. The nearest public transport - bus stop is 2km walk to the golf club.

The Role

• 30 hours per week - Wednesday to Sunday
• No student visa holders
• Mostly day shifts through the week with the occasional evening roster
• General washing up
• Basic food preparation
• Cleaning of kitchen equipment
• Cleaning of kitchen surrounds
• Deep cleaning
• Level 2 pay rates: Mon-Fri at $33.85 | Sat at $40.62 | Sun at $47.39 plus super

About You

• Prior hands-on experience in a professional kitchen environment with knowledge of food hygiene
• Hard working, physically fit and reliable able to lift 10-15kgs comfortably
