Job summary

Breakers Country Club is seeking a motivated Kitchen Hand to join our friendly team on a part-time basis at our venue in Wamberal, NSW. You will assist the Chef with food prep and general cooking, while keeping the kitchen clean and efficient.

The role requires flexibility for open rosters that may include days, nights, weekends and public holidays; punctuality and a neat presentation are essential. Training and development opportunities are provided to support your growth.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Be a team player and willing to learn new tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef with preparation of food and general cooking.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen including washing dishes.
• Utilise industrial cleaning equipment including a commercial dishwasher.

Breakers Country Club is looking for an energetic and motivated Kitchen Hand to join our close-knit team on a part-time basis at our superb venue located in Wamberal, NSW!

More specifically, your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Assisting the Chef with preparation of food and general cooking
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen including washing dishes
• Utilising industrial cleaning equipment including a commercial dishwasher

The successful candidate, would ideally have:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume kitchen
• Flexibility to work an open roster that may include days, nights, weekends and public holidays
• Be a team player and have a willingness to learn
• Punctual and well-presented individual
