Job summary

Endeavour Group is seeking a Kitchen Attendant for the Wilsonton Hotel. You will support kitchen operations in a fast-paced pub environment, helping with food preparation and cleanliness while upholding safety standards and procedures.

We value independence or teamwork, flexible availability across day, evenings and weekends, and a detail-oriented approach to delivering high-quality service. This role offers opportunities within our growing network of venues.

About the Role

Kitchen Attendant | Wilsonton Hotel | Dream big with us!

A day in the life of a Kitchen Attendant:

• Engage in food preparation and additional tasks as directed by your team leader
• Proactively identify and address cleaning opportunities in all areas of the kitchen in line with our high food and safety standards
• Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety and procedural compliance

What do we need from you

About you:

• You love working independently or as part of a team to perform routine tasks
• You have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
• You are all about the detail and take pride in the work that you deliver
• You’ll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people!

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
