Job summary

Endeavour Group Careers, on behalf of ALH Hotels, is seeking a Kitchen Attendant for the Esplanade Hotel in Brighton, SA. You will help keep the kitchen running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. You will engage in food preparation, daily cleaning, and assist with stock movement while upholding safety and procedural standards.

This hands-on role values reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail. The position offers job stability within a large hospitality group.

• Independent or team-based work across a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Engage in food preparation and additional tasks as directed by your team leader.
• Proactively identify and address cleaning opportunities in all areas of the kitchen in line with our high food and safety standards.
• Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety and procedural compliance.
• This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries).

A day in the life of a Kitchen Attendant:

• Engage in food preparation and additional tasks as directed by your team leader

• You love working independently or as part of a team to perform routine tasks

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
