Job summary

The Endeavour Group’s Pacific Hotel is seeking a Kitchen Attendant to support kitchen functionality in Yeppoon, delivering efficient service in a fast-paced environment while upholding safety standards.

You will assist with food preparation, cleaning, and stock handling, with flexible shifts across days, evenings and weekends. The role values attention to detail, teamwork, and a positive attitude, with staff discounts and development opportunities available.

Kitchen Attendant | Pacific Hotel | Dream big with us!

A day in the life of a Kitchen Attendant:

• Engage in food preparation and additional tasks as directed by your team leader
• Proactively identify and address cleaning opportunities in all areas of the kitchen in line with our high food and safety standards
• Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety and procedural compliance

What do we need from you

About you:

• You love working independently or as part of a team to perform routine tasks
• You have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
• You are all about the detail and take pride in the work that you deliver
• You’ll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people!

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
